The cosmopolitan city of Pretoria, also known as 'Tshwane', is situated in the province of Gauteng and functions as one of three capitals of South Africa. Pretoria has been dubbed 'The Jacaranda City', which is owed to the annual bloom of magnificent purple blossoms that adorn the Jacaranda trees which line the wide avenues of the city. This cosmopolitan city boasts several historic monuments, fine government buildings, and fascinating museums. Visitors can enjoy a wide variety of interesting sites including: The Transvaal Museum, a natural history museum showcasing an ancient dinosaur fossil found at the nearby Cradle of Humankind; the Pretoria Botanical Gardens, offering visitors a glimpse of different biomes; and the Voortrekker Monument, a National Heritage Site. Each day we will transfer you/from to the Supersport Park, Centurion, for the 2nd Test Match between South Africa v England.

The Supersport Park, Centurion is one of the newer stadiums and Test venues in South Africa it has been described by various international captains as "One of the grounds with the best players' facilities in the world". The stadium's appeal is the grass embankments which make up a large part of the seating area, ideal for good family cricket watching. Beach Cabana type hospitality chalets have been erected high on the grass banks for added corporate viewing pleasure. A pavilion at the north end of the ground completes the 22,000-spectator capacity. Known for being one of the quicker pitches in South Africa, it also gives plenty of opportunity to batsmen, with the ball generally coming onto the bat. It has never been seen as a spinners paradise. The outfield is level, lush and fast with a drainage system on par with any in the world.

Often remarked upon as occupying one of the most fantastic locations in the world with Table Mountain provides a formidable backdrop to the Newlands Cricket stadium. In January 2016 we witnessed one the greatest days of supporting English cricket around the world as Ben Stokes hit a massive 258 runs, supported by Johnny Bairstow hitting 150 runs, England declared on 629/6, then South Africa came out fighting with Amla (201) & Bavume (102) before declaring on 627/7 to put England back into bat for a second time and after 1,415 runs scored the match was finally a drawn. A real Test Match battle with so many high’s looking forward to the repeat fixture in 2020!
