IAAF World Athletics Championships DOHA 2019
ENJOY THE BEST MOMENTS OF ATHLETICS IN QATAR
The 17th edition of the IAAF World Championships is scheduled to be held between 27 September and 6 October 2019 in Doha, Qatar at the renovated multi-purpose Khalifa International Stadium. Over 10 days, 24 different events will be held for male and female athletes. WCH Doha 2019 will feature the IAAF World Championships' first-ever midnight marathon, while a new format of the competition's schedule sees all morning sessions removed and split evening sessions introduced for the first time with one-hour intervals to allow for entertainment and family activities. The competition will also see the global debut of the first 4x400m mixed relay ahead of the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.
